Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour
• Annual Compensation: $312,000 $438,000
• Additional Stipend: $25,000 Medical Director bonus (if applicable)

What You'll Do

• Provide OB-GYN triage and surgical care
• Manage labor and delivery, including high-risk cases
• Handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
• Conduct inpatient consultations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in program development and quality initiatives (if in leadership role)

What You Need

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills

• Prior leadership experience (for Medical Director role)
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-pressure environment
