Requirements: Minimum of 12 months PERMANENT experience in PCU/Stepdown; MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND; AHA BLS & ACLS required; ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Monitor and recognize ECG rhythms accurately.
• Complete assessments like safeMedicate during orientation.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
