About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Employee Experience (HR) Technology to play a pivotal role in defining and advancing the enterprise HR technology and AI vision. This leadership position is focused on elevating the employee experience and driving long-term innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading AI governance for HR, architecting a cohesive digital employee experience, and developing an integrated HR technology/AI roadmap. The role requires a strategic, forward-thinking approach to ensure that HR technology is not only effective today but also prepared for the future of work. The VP will lead a team of HR product management and system analysts, set clear priorities, and drive enterprise integration to deliver intuitive end-to-end experiences. Applicants for the VP of Employee Experience (HR) Technology role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading technology initiatives, with a preference for those with a focus on HR technology solutions. A strong background in product management, particularly in enterprise-scale technology, is essential, as is at least 5 years of leadership experience in a management role. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, and a Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the field, with unique expert knowledge in multiple strategic functions, and possess skills in public speaking, leadership, talent management, strategic thinking, and business development. The VP will be expected to be a strategic advisor to HR leadership, driving the adoption of best practices and ensuring that HR technology initiatives support strong employee experiences and data-driven decision-making.
