Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the store Clean and maintain entryways, reception areas, offices, and common spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas Clean break rooms, conference rooms, restrooms, windows, and glass surfaces Empty trash containers and ensure proper disposal of waste Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of replenishment needs Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in an organized manner Identify and report maintenance concerns or repair needs Support the overall appearance and cleanliness of the showroom and work areas Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Reliable attendance and dependable work habits Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset Strong organizational skills Honest, trustworthy, and professional demeanor Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday Ability to work around dust, cleaning products, and commercial cleaning equipment You'll be a great fit if: You take pride in keeping spaces clean, neat, and organized You’re dependable and show up ready to work with a positive attitude You notice the little things and pay close attention to detail You enjoy working independently but also pitch in as a team player You’re comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods You’re flexible and can adapt to changing priorities or needs You value integrity and always do your best work—even when no one’s watching You’re proactive about reporting maintenance issues and restocking supplies Benefits Paid Time Off Training & Development Employee Discount Employee Assistance Program #J-18808-Ljbffr
