Bilingual Community Health Worker - Enroll & Empower
Project FoodBox
Project FoodBox is hiring Community Health Workers to drive on-site member enrollments at community events across California. You will screen eligibility, explain how medically tailored meals help manage chronic conditions, and capture contact information for follow-up. You'll work with outreach coordinators, engage diverse communities with empathy, and help connect members to resources while protecting privacy under CMS and HIPAA guidelines.
