Associate Director, Regional Marketing Specialist - North Central

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director of Regional Marketing for the North Central region, covering five states. The position involves developing brand strategy, managing healthcare professional engagement, coordinating speaker programs, and ensuring compliance across field and home office teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategy with cross-functional teams and provide customer insights
- Identify and engage healthcare professional consultants; facilitate and attend advisory boards
- Support disease state and product conversations with HCPs using approved promotional materials
- Identify, develop, and manage HCP speakers for compliance-based educational programs
- Collaborate with sales and home office teams on account planning and speaker program execution
Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related commercial field
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand strategy
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare professional engagement and advisory board management
- Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, regulations, and industry codes
- Ability to work across multiple states and coordinate regional initiatives
Compensation: $166,350 - $201,571 base
