Construction Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Manager of Solar Projects for work across Virginia! Annual salary is $110,000 – $125,000 (DOE). Statewide travel is required and per diem is available depending on the project. The Construction Manager leads field execution for distributed generation solar PV projects ( Key Responsibilities Serve as primary jobsite point of contact Lead daily field operations and subcontractor performance Enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards Coordinate inspections, site logistics, equipment, and materials Drive schedule adherence and productivity across trades Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and documentation in Procore Identify and escape cost, schedule, and constructability risks Support preconstruction planning and subcontractor readiness Lead issue resolution and field coordination Apply now! Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred 2+ years of experience in solar, electrical, civil, or general construction Strong understanding of construction drawings and field execution Experience managing subcontractors and inspectors OSHA 30 preferred VA DEQ / Responsible Land Disturber certifications a plus Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Strong communication and leadership skills Commitment to jobsite safety, including stop-work authority Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
