Construction Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Manager of Solar Projects for work across Virginia!

Annual salary is $110,000 – $125,000 (DOE). Statewide travel is required and per diem is available depending on the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary jobsite point of contact
  • Lead daily field operations and subcontractor performance
  • Enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Coordinate inspections, site logistics, equipment, and materials
  • Drive schedule adherence and productivity across trades
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and documentation in Procore
  • Identify and escalate cost, schedule, and constructability risks
  • Support preconstruction planning and subcontractor readiness
  • Lead issue resolution and field coordination
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred

2+ years of experience in solar, electrical, civil, or general construction

Strong understanding of construction drawings and field execution

Experience managing subcontractors and inspectors

OSHA 30 preferred

VA DEQ / Responsible Land Disturber certifications a plus

Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office

Strong communication and leadership skills

Commitment to jobsite safety, including stop-work authority
