Position Overview
The Human Resources Director will lead all aspects of human resources across the organization, partnering closely with executive leadership to support growth, improve employee engagement, strengthen compliance, and develop scalable people processes.
This role requires a leader who can operate both strategically and tactically—someone capable of developing long-term talent initiatives while also rolling up their sleeves to solve day-to-day challenges in employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development
.The HR Director will oversee HR operations supporting corporate employees, field leadership, branch operations, and professional services teams nationwide

Key Responsibiliti es
Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the organization's HR strategy aligned with company's growth objectives Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and culture initiatives Build scalable HR processes to support continued national expansion Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives Establish HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support executive decision-making
Employee Relations & Performance Management Lead employee relations efforts and provide guidance on complex employee matters Manage investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns Develop and oversee performance management programs Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development, and performance improvement
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations Evaluate and administer compensation programs, incentive plans, and benefits offerings Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking and organizational structure Oversee HRIS systems, employee records, reporting, and process optimization Manage annual benefits renewals and vendor relation

Leadership Development & Culture Build leadership training and development programs for branch managers, district managers, and corporate leaders Foster a culture of accountability, performance, inclusion, and employee engagement Develop succession planning initiatives for key leadership roles Champion company values and culture throughout the organization Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field8+ years of progressive HR leadership exp
- erience5+ years managing HR teams and organizational initiatives Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws Experience supporting multi-location operations Proven success in developing HR policies, processes, and scalable infrastructure Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Staffing, workforce solutions, light industrial, professional recruiting, or service-based industry experience SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification Experience supporting rapid-growth organizations HRIS implementation and optimization experience
