Responsabilidades Gestión, supervisión y aseguramiento de los aspectos administrativos, financieros y operativos del sitio. Apoyar una experiencia de atención urgente centrada en el paciente desde la bienvenida hasta la salida, creando un ambiente acogedor y hospitalario donde el paciente se sienta apreciado y bien atendido. Contribuir a que el paciente quiera regresar y recomendar a sus familiares y amigos a CityMD. Asistir al médico con la atención básica del paciente y procedimientos médicos. Ayudar a los gerentes del sitio a dirigir el flujo de pacientes. Gestionar el inventario y hacer seguimiento de los laboratorios. Mantener la confidencialidad del paciente de acuerdo con la política, los procedimientos y los requisitos de HIPAA. Interactuar con pacientes (y familias) al momento del alta de manera cortés y respetuosa, resolver disputas y revisar las tarjetas de satisfacción del paciente. #J-18808-Ljbffr CityMD
