Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Pediatric Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse/n/n Assignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n 4 × 10-hour shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. /n/nJob Description/n The Pediatric Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory RN provides specialized nursing care to pediatric congenital heart patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care throughout all phases of care. This role collaborates closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, technologists, and multidisciplinary team members to support high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced procedural environment. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n- Review patient information, including allergies, medications, and consent forms./n- Ensure procedure rooms are prepared with all necessary medications and equipment, including emergency supplies./n- Coordinate care with all team members, including physicians, APPs, and anesthesia providers./n- Assist physicians during diagnostic, interventional, biopsy, and electrophysiology procedures./n- Maintain sterile technique in all procedures./n- Operate POC testing equipment and manage contrast administration./n- Recognize and respond to emergency situations effectively./n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n- Current PA State Board Approved RN license./n- BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required./n- Preferred knowledge of congenital heart disease and advanced assessment skills./n- Ability to care for critically ill neonates through adolescents./n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
