Quick Facts Location: 5801 Bremo Road, Richmond, VA 23226 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: ASAP until onboarding is complete Shift: Mon-Fri + Call (call ratio 1:6) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Locum-to-Perm License/Certifications: Board-Certified in Non-Invasive Cardiology Experience: Prior inpatient/outpatient cardiology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team to assist throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiology consultations Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) and other non-invasive procedures Collaborate with hospital staff and supervise APCs as needed Manage a patient caseload averaging 10 clinic patients daily Handle approximately 12-15 inpatient admissions per day Document patient encounters in EPIC EMR Offer support during on-call hours based on schedule What You Need Required: Valid Virginia medical license or eligible Board certification in Non-Invasive Cardiology Experience with outpatient and inpatient procedures Ability to supervise healthcare providers and document in EPIC Preferred: Previous experience in hospital and clinic settings Comfort with managing adult and geriatric patients About the Assignment Join a dynamic, well-respected hospital in Richmond, VA, as part of a dedicated cardiology team.
