We are seeking an RN Or LPN Private Duty Nursing to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients. This is hourly "one-on-one" position with chronically ill patients at their homes (or places of residency) . Our agency serves Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, St. Clair counties as well as western /Ohio boarder counties. This position can be Full or Part time. Flexible days/hours are also available. • Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with registered nurses, Mds and /or Case Managers to administer prescribed medications
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment (trach care, ventilator management, tube feed e.c.t.)
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments
• Communicare changes in patient's conditions to main office

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing and skilled nursing facilities
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independent
