The Mandie McMillan Team at RE/MAX Coastal is hiring a dedicated listing specialist. Our behavioral lead platform delivers warm seller leads in real time, homeowners actively researching their home value, ready to list.
You consult. You present. You close.
No cold calling. No door knocking. No sphere required.
What We Provide

What You Pay
MLS dues, Realtor association dues, Showing service, Annual Brand Fee, low monthly management fee - standard industry dues you pay anywhere.
Requirements
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- 3+ years real estate experience
- Listing transaction history
- Coachable, process-driven, full-time commitment
Compensation
$60,000 - $160,000/year | Full-Time
