Electrical EngineerLocation: Savage, Minnesota - Candidate will primarily work at Savage facility with occasional travel to Forest City Iowa (1.5 hours south)Job Description: Experience - 7+Seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Engineer with extensive experience in the electrical domain for offroad and recreational vehicles.Develop and define electrical vehicle architecture aligned with project requirements.Select and identify appropriate electrical components based on technical specifications.Create detailed electrical schematics and related designs using industry-standard.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery despite varying complexity.Evaluate electrical components, conduct electrical sub-system risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.Install electrical systems on prototype vehicles and collaborate with the validation team to develop and execute QA and validation activities.Utilize TeamCenter, NX, and Capital XC software for design and development.Participate in electrical breadboard development and testing including writing test plans if required.Troubleshoot electrical related issues on breadboards, prototypes and in production vehicles.Have a solid understanding of RVIA electrical standards to ensure electrical designs fully comply.Collect, track, and discuss technical issues with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.Support DFMEA exercises to identify potential failure modes and implement corrective actions.Guide technicians during vehicle build processes and provide hands-on support during electrical system installations.Coordinate with offshore teams for New Product Development (NPD) initiatives and sustenance projects.Candidate will primarily work at Savage facility and travel to Forest city as needed.Key skills: Schematics, Harness Design (Mandatory), RVIA, Electrical System Design, UG NX, Capital XC, Capital logic
