Crimson Heights Behavioral Health | Full time HR Assistant Salem, United States Support recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, employee relations, and payroll accuracy for a growing behavioral health team. Compensation: $18–$21 per hour Location: Saint George, Utah What you will do Own recruiting steps from interview coordination through onboarding and training support. Conduct background and reference checks for candidates. Complete new-hire paperwork and keep employee files current. Support credentialing and new employee enrollment. Assist with payroll processing and accurate record keeping. Support employee relations, engagement events, and day-to-day HR administration. Qualifications One to two years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
