All Atlantic Benefits is looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant who wants to learn this business properly and build a lasting career, not simply receive a production target and be left to figure everything out alone. This is a full-time, fully in-person position at our office located at 200 South Park Road, Suite 475, Hollywood, Florida. Consistent in-office attendance is required. This position is not remote or hybrid. Who We’re Looking For You may already be a licensed producer who has spent a year or two at a large agency wondering when someone will actually show you how the business works. You are not short on capability. You may simply be short on someone willing to sit beside you while you learn the trade. You may be an experienced sales professional who knows how to build relationships with HR leaders and executive decision-makers. Or you may be working on the carrier side and wondering whether you have what it takes to become a broker. You already understand the products. What you may not have had is someone willing to teach you how to find opportunities, advise clients, and build and run a book of business. At AAB, We Sell as a Team When we generate an opportunity, you are on it with us. You will not be sent out alone and told to come back if you close something. Our experienced consultants and leadership team will work beside you through discovery, strategy, analysis, presentations, negotiations and implementation. We will not keep you out of important meetings until we decide you are ready. We will bring you into those meetings so you can become ready. You will learn fully insured and self-funded benefits, not one product or one silo. You will participate in strategy conversations, renewal analyses and client presentations while learning how strong client relationships are built and retained. We would rather share a real opportunity with you than keep 100 percent of one you never had the chance to learn from. We will also consider professionals with experience selling to HR organizations or prior insurance or carrier experience who are prepared to obtain the appropriate license promptly. Team-based selling does not mean passive selling. You will be accountable. You simply will not be alone.
