The Joint Chiropractic in Wasilla, Alaska is looking for a Doctor of Chiropractic who is ready to lead. Not just see patients — lead. RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver chiropractic adjustments to a walk-in patient base with a target of 45 or more patients per day Convert new patients to routine wellness care plans and membership programs Lead and inspire the clinical support team to grow and perform Serve as a community wellness advocate and help grow the practice's local reputation Collaborate with clinic leadership while managing day-to-day clinical operations autonomously

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Base salary: $85,000 to $105,000 depending on experience Performance bonus and profit‑sharing potential Full-time, 4 to 5 days per week Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM with a one‑hour lunch break; Saturday, 9:45 AM to 4:00 PM As daily volume grows consistently to 60 to 70 patients, the path to adding a second doctor opens
