Location: Bakery Production Facility

Pay: $26–$33/hr

Shift: Day & Night Shifts Available (12-Hour Shifts)

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced bakery manufacturing team. If you have experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, we want to hear from you!

✅ Perform preventive maintenance on ovens, packing machines, conveyors, and production equipment

✅ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues

✅ Inspect and maintain bearings, gears, shafts, and conveyor systems

✅ Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed

✅ Reduce downtime and keep equipment running efficiently

✅ Document maintenance activities and completed repairs

✅ Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures

✔️ 1+ year of maintenance experience in manufacturing or production

✔️ Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery

✔️ Basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills

✔️ Welding and fabrication experience

✔️ Ability to read work orders and maintenance instructions

✔️ Strong attention to detail and safety mindset

✔️ Ability to work 12-hour shifts

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LA VISTA, NE.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
