Qualifications: Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience. Ability to identify vehicles that we want to make offers on and collaborating with sales and used car managers. Experience using VAuto to run approximate appraisals (preferred). Experience working with customers that are interested in trading in their vehicles and collaborating with the sales team to transition customers. Excellent communication skills (required).
