Job Summary

We are hiring Call Center Representatives for a full-time, onsite temp-to-hire opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a great fit for customer service professionals with previous call center experience who are looking for stability, structured training, and long-term career potential.

As a Call Center Representative, you will support customers in a fast-paced financial services environment, answer inbound inquiries, document interactions accurately, and provide professional service on every call. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume call center environment.
- Provide professional, accurate, and courteous customer service.
- Document customer interactions clearly and completely in internal systems.
- Follow established procedures to resolve inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
- Meet attendance, quality, productivity, and performance expectations.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach during training and daily operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17.50 per hour.
- Job type: Full-time, temp-to-hire.
- Contract-to-hire potential after 6 months.
- Location: Jacksonville, FL.
- Work arrangement: Fully onsite, no remote or hybrid option available.
- Paid training schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for 6 weeks.
- Post-training schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Immediate openings with upcoming start dates.
- Opportunity to gain experience with a major financial services organization.
