Job Summary:

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling installation services efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage logistics effectively.

Duties:

• Coordinate and schedule installation services for clients.
• Coordinate with installers, clients, and teams to ensure maximum installation efficiency.
• Utilize transportation management systems.
• Monitor GPS and weather apps to track fleet availability and optimize productivity.
• Dispatch installers and provide necessary instructions for efficient operations.
• Manage fleet availability to ensure proper installation schedules are followed.

Skills:

• Proficient in transportation management systems.
• Strong phone etiquette and experience with phone systems.
• Knowledge of GPS and Weather tracking apps.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate multiple parties.
• Familiarity with Fleet management and Logistics operations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle varying schedules efficiently.
