Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. * Comfortable interacting with customers in person. * Strong problem-solving and listening abilities. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Reliable, adaptable, and professional. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
