You deliver high-quality solutions by emphasizing data controls, testing, and user experience. You join a global team focused on model risk mitigation and technology innovation.Job responsibilities:Manage MRGR server and technology asset lifecycle, coordinating compliance efforts with technology partners. Drive process engineering and software development for model risk technologyCoordinate MRGR data quality, entitlement governance, and access management initiatives. Develop tools to automate data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance processesIdentify opportunities and build intelligent solutions for MRGR data governanceAssist in project management and coordination of regulatory deliverablesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with significant exposure to computer programmingMinimum 3 years of experience in data governance or analytics platform developmentProficiency in Python, with solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC practicesStrong communication skills to partner across functional areas. Risk and control mindset with critical thinking and solution design skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Familiarity with data governance and records management conceptsExposure to entitlement management, access governance, and role-based access control frameworksExperience with large data sets, data quality controls, and governed reportingKnowledge of Python web frameworks such as Tornado, TypeScript, and ReactProficiency with modern digital tools, including AI assistants and best practices for their use
