The Membership Services Team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional day-to-day support to UWU members while ensuring high-quality and accurate data management.. Please note: If the position is based in our Perth office, an early start time of 7:00 am is required to align with operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver professional and friendly service to all Union members, including staffing inbound phone lines Process membership transactions including new applications, financial updates, and resignations Maintain high standards of data entry accuracy and proactively improve data quality Resolve member enquiries and escalate issues where required Adhere to established procedures, systems, and work practices Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection guidelines Undertake additional duties as required, commensurate with the role Promote and uphold the Union’s values of equity, diversity, and inclusion

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry capability Ability to follow processes and take direction effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office A genuine commitment to the values of the United Workers Union To perform this job, you will also be required to have or obtain and maintain: Right of Entry Permits; Immunisation against COVID-19 or have a medical exemption

REMUNERATION

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant, which will include: Competitive Base Salary: $79,203 gross per annum (UWU Level 2) 16% superannuation; 4 weeks annual leave plus 25% leave loading #J-18808-Ljbffr United-Workers-Union
