Civil Land Development CAD Drafter – Bridgewater, NJ (Spicy Opportunity )
Ready to turn solid design into real-world impact? We’re looking for a sharp CAD Drafter with land development experience to jump into fast-moving projects in the Bridgewater area. If you live in Civil 3D , know your way around grading, drainage, and utility layouts, and like seeing your work go from screen to site—this is your lane.
What you’ll do:
- Produce site plans, grading, drainage, and utility drawings
- Work alongside engineers to bring projects to life
- Keep plans clean, accurate, and permit-ready
What you bring:
- 2+ years of land development drafting experience
- Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills
- Understanding of site design, stormwater, and local codes
- Ability to handle multiple projects without missing a beat
