Demand Planner

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team on-site at PHK. This role is essential to support leave coverage and will run approximately six months from the start date. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the sports industry and a passion for basketball.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not a hard requirement.
• 3-5 years of experience in a demand/marketplace/supply chain planning role.
• Strong business acumen.
• General knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in retail math.
• Familiarity with Excel and Tableau.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Self-starter and adaptable.
• Curious passion for sports, brand, and basketball.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Experience in a retail/buying role.
• Sales planning experience.
• Background in footwear and/or apparel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan for future forecasting for basketball footwear, apparel, and equipment business.
• Analyze current plans in the marketplace to manage franchise health.
• Help tell a story through data.
• Work cross-functionally with merchandising, product, and analytics teams.
• Collaborate with a direct planning team of approximately 5 members and regularly interact with 10-15 cross-functional team members.
