UI/UX Designer

Overview
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with expertise in HTML/CSS, accessibility standards, responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies. Experience working within CRM platforms is highly preferred, though candidates with comparable portal or application design experience are encouraged to apply.

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Advanced HTML5 and CSS skills.
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Experience creating responsive, mobile-friendly designs.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables.
- Experience designing within CRM platforms or customer-facing portals.
- Experience creating HTML email templates.
- Familiarity with higher education, admissions, or enrollment-related workflows.
- Experience working with content management systems and digital experience platforms.
- Strong visual design and aesthetic judgment.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating real-world UX problem solving.
- Ability to balance business goals with user needs.
- Experience working in HTML-based environments.
- Self-starter who can manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
