This role focuses on helping residents improve independence, function, and quality of life through skilled therapy services. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulations Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and team meetings Conduct in-services and staff education as needed Ensure compliance with all state practice acts and regulatory standards Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred) Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist license (OTR) in good standing Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare and Casamba preferred Strong documentation, communication, and clinical skills We are an equal opportunity employer.
