Industry Skills Instructor (Insurance Claims Support)

About this Position We’re seeking an Industry Skills Instructor to deliver insurance and customer service focused training that prepares learners for professional roles and internships with major corporate partners. This role focuses on delivering engaging virtual instruction while coaching young adults to build technical knowledge, workplace readiness, and professional confidence. The instructor will support learners through experiential learning, real-world practice, and individualized academic guidance. Job Responsibilities Deliver virtual instruction on insurance industry fundamentals including Principles of Insurance and Customer Service for Insurance Professionals. Teach foundational computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Facilitate interactive, project-based learning experiences that support real-world application of skills. Provide individualized guidance, tutoring, and coaching to support learner development and progress. Assess learner performance and provide regular feedback to ensure readiness for internships and professional environments. Job Skills/Requirements Experience teaching, training, or facilitating instruction in a classroom or virtual learning environment. Experience in insurance, finance, customer service, or business operations is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using learning management systems or virtual learning tools is a plus. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
