As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll enhance business operations, streamline data systems, and help shape the future of how we work.In this position, you'll optimize business operations by supporting and enhancing enterprise platforms, including SAP and the Business Information Warehouse. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.Your responsibilities will include:Provide on-site business process support across functions for new and existing enterprise systems, including SAP and Business Information Warehouse.Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design for Quality functions, identifying opportunities to establish effective and efficient business practices.Collaborate with global stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP S/4HANA standard functionality and broader business objectives.Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and other project deliverables.Identify and evaluate new technologies and system capabilities to improve operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment.Optimize business processes by identifying system integration opportunities, eliminating inefficiencies, and automating key manual activities.Partner with Quality subject matter experts to ensure solutions comply with applicable regulatory, quality system, and business requirements.Drive cross functional and global collaboration across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to articulate site requirements, align solutions, coordinate testing and simulations, and document results.Support end-to-end testing, defect management, data migration, validation, deployment readiness, and hypercare activities.Lead change management, user training, and adoption activities to support successful implementation of new systems and business processes.Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and best practices within a regulated environment.Drive projects and initiatives from initial proposal and requirements definition through implementation and post-deployment support.Qualifications:Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in business process analysis, systems support, or related fieldExperience utilizing Jira, Q-Test, and SAP S4 HANAProven ability to manage projects through their full lifecycleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred qualifications:Experience working in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.)Familiarity with SAP, Business Information Warehouse, or similar enterprise systemsBackground in manufacturing operations or process improvement initiatives
