Medical Support Assistant Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple Medical Support Assistants (MSA) to support the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (North Las Vegas VAMC) located at 6900 N Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. Multiple shift schedules are available. Responsibilities Schedule appointments based on consults and provider orders. Provide patient prep instructions. Check patients in and out. Manage radiology records and virtual file room functions. Process CDs and imaging requests. Make and receive high-volume phone calls. Enter notes, referrals, consults, and scheduling updates in patient records. Communicate professionally with Veterans and clinical staff.
