We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for executing high-quality dishes with precision and consistency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with fresh ingredients, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards, including oysters, burgers, steaks, seafood, and sides.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, and quality.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with prep work and ensure station is stocked and ready for service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Passion for food and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
