Together we are Building A Better the Role:The Engineering Technician is responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment in a just-in-time manufacturing environment. This role supports program launches process development and equipment deployment across Android/Avancez facilities. The Engineering Technician will help evaluate process flow use simulation data to improve efficiency and assist with the design and specification of manufacturing equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety quality and continuous You Need To Be Successful:Strong attention to detail particularly when working with dimensions layouts and equipment to understand and evaluate process flow from inbound materials through finished mathematical and analytical skills including the ability to understand and apply to evaluate multiple solutions and recommend the most effective follow-through organization and time-management verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information to work effectively in a team and assist others when proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel Outlook and to follow safety procedures use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain an organized work to support equipment deployment and process development in a manufacturing Points If You Have:An Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or a related supporting manufacturing or assembly with production equipment process development or equipment working in a just-in-time manufacturing interpreting equipment layouts dimensions or technical using simulation or process data to improve manufacturing :High School Diploma required.
