Full Charge Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant

Commercial Property Management | Immediate Need

We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant to join a commercial property management company with an immediate need for accounting support.

This is a hands-on accounting role ideal for someone who enjoys digging into the details, working through reconciliations, researching discrepancies, and managing a high volume of general ledger activity .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform high-volume general ledger accounting

• Prepare and complete account and bank reconciliations

• Research and resolve reconciliation discrepancies

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Process and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Assist with month-end close

• Maintain accurate accounting records across multiple accounts/properties

• Review transactions for accuracy and proper coding

• Assist with financial reporting and other accounting responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on accounting or full charge bookkeeping experience

• Excellent reconciliation skills

• Experience working with a high-volume general ledger

• Solid understanding of debits, credits, and journal entries

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies

• Yardi experience is a plus

• Commercial property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy accounting environment
