Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine.

• 24 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine.

Additional Details:

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: - C-arm and fluoro experience required.

Special Requests: - Candidates can only be submitted to one position at a time across the entire WVU system. - Driver’s license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility. - Previous permanent candidates must be gone for 2 years. - Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years. - Cumulative experience applies for previous travelers. - Travel pairs must be submitted together.

Unit Details: - Performs X-ray and OR c-arm/fluoroscopy studies. - Uses Fuji Synapse, Toshiba rad rooms, Carestream portables, and OEC c-arms. - No IV starts.

Shift & Scheduling: - 12-hour rotating day/afternoon/night shifts. - Weekends required. - Holidays possibly required. - No call.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
