We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining and nightlife environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing excellent service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Utilize Toast POS systems for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist in managing bar inventory, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events.
- Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently serving multiple tables during peak hours.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Previous bartending experience (2 years minimum) in a fine dining or nightclub setting is required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
