Tops Merchandising VP | Visionary Growth Leader

Maurices is seeking a VP, Divisional Merchandise Manager (Tops) at our Duluth corporate office. You will own the Tops product vision, lead a large merchandising team, and translate customer insights into compelling assortments.

The role requires deep fashion expertise, strong analytics, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth and profitability. You will partner with Design, Sourcing, and Marketing to deliver market-ready products while maintaining brand integrity.
