We invest in your time—leveraging proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation and give you more time where it matters most: patient care Job Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI) Support discharge planning and continuity of care Requirements High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a behavioral health field preferred Minimum one (1) year of work experience in the behavioral health field required Experience facilitating groups required Experience conducting individual sessions preferred State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor's level Credentials may include: CADC I, II, or III required QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC preferred CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC preferred CPR-AED and First Aid certification required Availability to work weekend shifts on either a Sun-Thurs schedule or a Tues-Sat schedule required Experience with specific treatment focus areas or patient populations preferred Eligible to work in the United States required Benefits Annual salary: 58,240 USD/year Health, Vision, Dental, Employer Matched 401(k) STD, LTD, and Employer Paid Term Life Policy - up to $50k Employer Matched HSA - up to $1500 a year company contribution Employee Wellness Program - reduce employee premiums $40/mo Free MDLive telehealth benefit Paid Time Off - Vacation/Personal/Holiday/Sick Employee Referral Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
