Client Services Coordinator

A small, established wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to support client relationships and day-to-day operations. This role works closely with senior leadership and a collaborative team in a highly relationship-driven environment. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ongoing communication Support senior leadership by managing client needs and maintaining strong relationships Coordinate account-related requests using financial platforms Assist in preparing client materials and supporting service initiatives Handle general office responsibilities including supplies, scheduling, and event coordination Role Breakdown 80% Client Service 20% Administrative / Office Support What We’re Looking For (Must-Have) Experience in wealth management, RIA, or broker-dealer environment Familiarity with platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, or similar Basic understanding of investment accounts (including Roth accounts) Working knowledge of SEC guidelines and compliance awareness Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems Strong communication skills and attention to detail In-office role (5 days/week initially; flexibility may be offered after year one) Core hours aligned with market hours Compensation range: $65K–$80K , depending on experience Background check required Why This Role Tight-knit team environment with long-tenured employees Opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain exposure to client strategy Growth potential within a stable and relationship-focused firm #J-18808-Ljbffr PEG Staffing & Recruiting
