Are you a true closer? Not someone who “likes sales”—someone who wins deals, handles pressure, and gets paid for it .
We’re hiring driven sales professionals to be the first on-site contact for homeowners in urgent situations. We provide the leads—you show up, build trust, and close.
What You’ll Get:
- Uncapped commissions + base structure
- Realistic earnings: $80K–$150K
- Weekly pay

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to homeowners dealing with property damage
- Inspect, assess, and explain the restoration process
- Build trust fast and close the deal on-site
- Coordinate with internal teams to get jobs moving immediately

- High energy, competitive, and money-motivated
- Organized and reliable in a fast-paced environment
The Reality:
This is not a 9–5 desk job. You’ll be driving throughout the Chicago area, working long days when demand is high.
