Position Name: Oncology Infusion Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent

Setting: Private Practice / Startup Concierge Healthcare

Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour

Shift: Full-Time | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm (flexibility required)

Requirements:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

- Minimum of 1+ year of RN experience.

- Experience with IV starts, ports, and blood draws.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Willingness to support clinical trials and adapt to non-traditional care models.

- Infusion experience.

- Oncology experience.

- Infusion certification or willingness to obtain.

Job Summary:

- Perform infusions and monitor patients throughout treatment.

- Manage ports, IV starts, blood draws, and post-infusion care.

- Support clinical trial patients, including infusion-based protocols.

- Assist in building and establishing infusion workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Adapt quickly to changes in patient care plans (e.g., treatment changes based on scans or progression).

- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

- Support additional clinical responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced startup environment.
