- Registered Nurse, Progressive Care/Cardiac Unit A1, 24hrs DaysWinchester, MA • Winchester Hospital • Part-time • DayShare job:Apply now**When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.**Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 226-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area.**Job Description:**As a Registered Nurse for our PCU/Cardiac A1 Team, you will be responsible for the following:* Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness* Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient* Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomesQualifications:* Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.* Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts* Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.Schedule: Two 12 hour shifts including weekend and holiday rotation*Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is an integrated health system dedicated to creating healthier communities — one person at a time — through seamless care and ground-breaking science, driven by excellence, innovation and equity. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
