About the Role:
Havenova Home Care Solutions is looking for a warm, nurturing, and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to join our team in Killingworth, CT! Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, hands-on childcare in a safe and nurturing home environment
• Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and bedtime schedules
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and educational exercises
• Transport children to and from school, activities, or appointments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children in care
• Communicate regularly and openly with parents regarding the child's day and well-being
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying strongly preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
• Patient, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about working with children
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills with both children and parents
