About the team: The Partner Network team leads all partner-related programs that enhance enablement within Walmart Connect. This team drives strategic initiatives by managing relationships, negotiating agreements, and overseeing financial and program management aspects. They collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business value and ensure operational excellence. Focused on continuous improvement, the team applies strong business acumen and program management skills to support partner success and organizational goals. What you'll do...

• Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Develop and mentor team members through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Manage partner relationships by building effective partnerships, negotiating agreements, and addressing partner needs to maximize value.
• Oversee budget management, financial analysis, and contract renewals to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Implement process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate initiatives, measure progress, and adjust strategies accordingly.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
