Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specialized in ICU to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and expertise in managing critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' condition to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, care activities, and progress.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Advanced knowledge of ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications such as CCRN preferred.
