Registered Nurse - ICU

$2227.68/week - Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specialized in ICU to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and expertise in managing critically ill patients. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients’ condition to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, care activities, and progress. Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions as needed. Qualifications: Current and valid RN license in the state of practice. Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing. Advanced knowledge of ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency procedures. Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications such as CCRN preferred.
