Hybrid People Operations Specialist: Payroll & HRIS

Stepful, Inc. is hiring a People Operations Specialist to join the People Operations team as a hands-on, execution-focused resource across HRIS administration, payroll operations, workforce lifecycle management, and People program support. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of systems, payroll, and program delivery for coaches, instructors, and contractors. This role will be the primary People Ops point of contact for frontline staff and reports to the Associate Director of People #J-18808-Ljbffr Stepful, Inc.
