Responsibilities Ensure that each resident’s home, guest rooms, and community common areas are exceptionally clean, healthy, and pleasant spaces for residents and guests to enjoy. Operate all necessary equipment to perform essential functions of the position. Notify the supervisor or management team if any repairs are needed. Keep the supervisor informed of changes in equipment performance and the need for supplies. Maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for residents, guests, and team members. Qualifications / Key Requirements Patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members, and the general public. Willingness to perform a variety of repetitive tasks. Adherence to Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance, including Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion. Willingness to work holidays and weekends. Be prepared to be a first responder in the event of an emergency situation (First responder training and CPR/First Aid certification will be provided).
