Structural Engineer / Project Engineer (Hybrid)

SOHA Structural Engineers is currently hiring for multiple positions for the role of Structural Project Engineer to join our team in San Francisco.

*Responsibilities*

* Lead day-to-day design, construction and coordination activities, working with the engineering and drafting staff.
* Effectively communicate with the Design Principals and Sr. Project Managers + other design team members for clear and concise project-related technical concepts and methods.
* Lead the preparation of the construction documents and other discipline’s coordination.
* Ability to work on multiple projects, simultaneously.
* Assist in quality control and project time management financials.

*Qualifications*

* 5+ years of structural engineering design and analysis experience preferred
* Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is required.
* Professional Civil Engineer license in California required: Structural Engineer license in California is preferred.
* Strong fundamentals with a technical background in analysis, design, and detailing.
* Experience with software: ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RISA, Perform 3D, Excel, Mathcad, Revit, AutoCad

Base Salary Range: 125k-160k depending on experience, skill set, education and licensing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
